Second Quarter Report – The Colony 2017

Year to date, six single family homes have been sold in The Colony. The average sales price was $6,608,333 versus 7 vacant

Featured Lot (#249) – the best of everything – situated on White Pine Lake, big westerly views, close to the Colony Yurt and Quicksilver Gondola. It is gradually sloping and on a 3.29 acre lot. Ski in/out access is from Iron Mountain lift and White Pine ski run.

Three Colony lots that have closed this quarter at an average of 95% of list price and there are a total of 5 lots pending. There are 22 lots currently listed between $1,700,000 and $2,900,000.

There are 17 Colony homes listed for sale ranging in price from $3,975,000 to $18,950,000.

As of the beginning of June 2017, The Colony has 25 homes under construction. There are 13 homes going through the architectural review process with SARC and 150 completed residences.

The Colony Yurt is Open on MLK Day!

The Yurt will be open this weekend, and a special opening on Monday – MLK Day (standard lunch hours). See you there.

The Yurt will operate every Friday-Sunday (11A – 2:30P) throughout the season.

New for this year – Along with the great grill items and snacks available for purchase, IMA and the HOA will be providing complimentary soup, salad, coffee and hot chocolate to homeowners and their guests through January. Please note: all guests partaking in complimentary items must be accompanied by a homeowner. We’re doing this in the hopes that more homeowners come out to the yurt thus providing more opportunities for neighbors to meet each other. If we’re successful in creating a valuable place for neighbors to socialize, we will extend the complimentary program through the

yurt1-900x576 end of the season. In addition to the complimentary items served every day, we’re also planning a few select days throughout the season where we’ll provide special complimentary meals, adult beverages and live music; again, watch your email for updates and come on out to meet your neighbors.
