Born and raised in Park City, Bronson Calder is a local in the truest sense. Growing up in Park City, he developed an instant love for the outdoors and his home. After graduating in the top of his class from the University of Oregon, he moved home and began his career in the banking business. It wasn’t long before Bronson was ready to move into real estate and when the time came, he partnered with one of his long-time friends and colleagues, Kurt Peterson. With over a combined 45 years of experience, the Peterson-Calder Real Estate Group has consistently been in the top1% of Park City’s agents, with over 750 transaction sides and over $500 million sold.
Out of the office, Bronson works just as hard to experience Park City’s thrilling outdoor activities to the fullest – and is always eager to share an adventure with a client. I have been the listing agent for The Colony at White Pine Canyon for the past 18 years. As a Michigan native who loved to ski, I moved to Utah in the 1970s to pursue my passion. I became a ski instructor and coach at what was formerly known as The Canyons. I organized the Park City Mountain Resort alpine ski racing program, founded the Park City Ski Educational Foundation and co-founded the Park City Winter Sports School.
It was a natural fit to focus my real estate knowledge on an area that I know so well. I have been involved in the sale of over 70% of the 274 ski-in/ski-out home sites and the construction of over 120 single family homes. I have also participated in the sale of over 20 residences in The Colony, as well as many others in and around the Park City area.
My passion is to help others see the unique beauty and opportunity that I have appreciated for the past 18 years. A perfect day for me is a ski tour with clients and/or agents to showcase this stunning mountain environment that I enjoy every day.
Stephen was born and raised in Lake Tahoe, California. He attended Bishop Manogue Catholic High School in Reno, Nevada where he was a standout 3-sport athlete. Stephen continued his athletic career playing football in college for the Nevada Wolfpack for 5 years. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno where he majored in Business Management and later attended graduate school in the MBA program.
Shortly after his pursuit of professional football came to an end, he began his real estate career in the Lake Tahoe/Reno area which led to him making the move to Park City, Utah to join The Colony Sales team. Stephen grew up with a passion for sports and every outdoor activity imaginable that Lake Tahoe has to offer and believes that the similar lifestyle in Park City makes it a perfect match for him. Stephen takes immense pride in having the opportunity to be able to share the wonderful opportunities that the Colony at White Pine Canyon has to offer and the lifestyle it provides.
After graduating from college in 1983, Kurt moved to Park City to take a job with a local bank. He quickly fell in love with the town and the amazing mountain and desert landscapes that define the state of Utah. After seven years of banking, he made the decision to create a home building and real estate business. In 2000, he partnered with a good friend, Bronson Calder, and formed the Peterson-Calder Real Estate Group. Since then, they have been one of the top performing teams in Park City and have been in the top 100 agents out of the 42,000+ agents in the Berkshire Hathaway network.
Kurt and his wife Heidi feel fortunate to have been able to raise their two children here and have logged some amazing adventures here and around the world. They will be the first to admit the best thing about those adventures is that they begin and end in Park City.

Cindy Salrin is a California native who moved to Park City, Utah after skiing at PCMR and Deer Valley for many years with her family. While her two sons were growing up, she kept busy working for several commercial architectural firms and interior design businesses.
She got her real estate license in 2008 and has enjoyed her profession as a licensed assistant for the past ten years. Coming to work at The Colony is a real treat every day. “Not everyone is so fortunate to have a waterfall outside their office window. Being surrounded by such a unique mountain environment makes it easy to go to work every day. The Colony is a very special spot in Park City and I love being a part of it.”
Cindy enjoys golf (forever a work in progress), paddle boarding, kayaking, cross country skiing and watching her two grandchildren grow like weeds.
