The Colony at White Pine Canyon to host Luxury Home Tour for Fourth Time
For the fourth time in its 21-year history, The Colony at White Pine Canyon will provide the backdrop to this year’s Luxury Home Tour, presented by the Park City Board of REALTORS’® Philanthropic Foundation.
As the Presenting Sponsor of the annual event, Iron Mountain Associates (IMA) is financially committed to the enduring legacy of the tour, the sole beneficiary of which is the local Peace House domestic violence shelter.
The six homes featured in this year’s tour are all located in Phase 4. IMA and the Peace House appreciate the opportunity to showcase our community for this event. We thank our Colony owners for allowing these visitors the chance to tour our uniquely spectacular community.
IMA is pleased to host Luxury Home Tour guests for lunch at The Yurt, where homeowners of The Colony are treated to lunch during the winter, giving non-homeowners an exclusive peek into one of the many amenities of Colony ownership.
This year’s tour will be Saturday, August 11, from 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m., with registration and motor coach departures from Canyons Resort’s Cabriolet lot to The Colony Gatehouse, where smaller shuttles will ferry guests to the first home of the tour. Participants must utilize the provided transportation and will not be allowed to drive their own vehicles.
