“When people get together, something happens.
When people get together with goodwill, something remarkable may happen; and go better than we might anticipate, and deserve.
Each performance is unique.
Each performance is a multiplicity of performances.
The possible is possible.
The impossible is possible
Within so many different areas of the process, we feel the above recycled words (credit a Rolling Stone magazine interview with musician Robert Fripp) reflect upon the experience working with Bronson Calder on the purchase of our home in The Colony.
The story of how this legacy home for our family came into our lives is amazing and remarkable on so many levels. From beginning to “afterglow” of the purchase, Bronson was with us every step of the way. From an initial introductory phone call to discovery and throughout the entire transaction, Bronson demonstrated his knowledge, background and experiences and became our collaborative partner.
While we looked at comparable properties within The Colony, our last showing of the day was a new home under construction. In real estate terms, we believe it is called a “pocket listing.” Yet at the time of showing, it appeared that the listing was still only possibility. Bronson had acute awareness and arranged to show us the home. We met the sellers and the contractor at that initial showing, walked through the home and were blown away with the location, layout and the detail. The real process began and Bronson “represented” us in negotiations and consultation/discovery, being a part of meetings with contractor and decorator. A “yes” led us to closure. Our excitement grew thereafter as we uncovered more layers to the details of the home,
Bronson provided supplemental information that we found helpful both during and after the process. He was professional, a straight shooter and became a trusted advisor in our acquiring this special property. We highly, highly, highly recommend Bronson Calder for any real estate opportunities.
